Payments

You can pay with your credit card or Paypal account. All payments are processed through Paypal or Stripe. Your credit card details are not revealed to us, and are never stored on our server or database. For further information on the payment process via Paypal click here or via Stripe clik here.

Delivery

You will receive a dispatch email from us when your order ships.
This will usually be within 2 working days of you placing your order. The time taken to receive your order will vary according to the shipping method used. As a general guide you should expect to receive your order within the following timescales after shipment has taken place, unless otherwise stated:

ES 3-7 days
EU 5-10 days
US 10-15 days
Others 10-20 days*

* Please note that overseas delivery times can vary considerably from country to country. If you do not receive your order within this time, please get in touch and we will advise.

Order confirmation

You will receive a email confirmation of your order, confirming the transaction and detailing the items you have ordered. If we find that availability of any title ordered is not as stated on the website, you will be notified shortly, and your credit card will be refunded for that portion of the order.

Customs

All international orders are clearly marked as "printed matter", and should not be liable for any customs duty, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Policy

You may return goods only if they are received damaged, or if the incorrect item is delivered. You will be refunded the cost of goods and the carriage once we have received the goods. Before returning an item, you must email to inform us that the goods are being returned, and obtain a return number.
