Jesús te salvará

^[ENG] Jesús is an evangelical preacher, though he doesn’t come from Nazareth. For more than twenty years, he has been rescuing Argentine parakeets from Berlin Park in Madrid. He lives in the building’s porter’s lodge, which he has looked after for seventeen years, sharing it with around twenty birds: Milagros, Pepita, Coco, Paco, Sancho, Rebeca, Pipo, Chispa, Pepe, Chicho… Each one has a story, and he recognizes them all without hesitation.
        An out-of-time character who speaks of adaptation, empathy, and coexistence. Jesús and his birds: species considered invasive that have learned how to find their place.


^[CAS] Jesús es predicador evangelista, aunque no viene de Nazaret. Desde hace más de veinte años se dedica a rescatar cotorras argentinas del Parque de Berlín, en Madrid. Vive en la portería de un edificio que cuida desde hace diecisiete años, acompañado por una veintena de aves: Milagros, Pepita, Coco, Paco, Sancho, Rebeca, Pipo, Chispa, Pepe, Chicho… Todas tienen una historia y él las reconoce a cada una sin dudar.
        Un personaje fuera de tiempo que habla de adaptación al medio, empatía y convivencia. Jesús y sus pájaros: especies consideradas invasoras que han aprendido a encontrar su lugar.
