In what is his first photo book, Pau Roca compiles a series of images made during the last two and a half years. This work takes the form of a visual diary that records roads, interiors, landscapes or hotel rooms and through which we can listen, smell and touch aspects that concern the political order, the panorama of independent music in Spain, for example, but also issues related to the criticism of the abuse of the image and personal self-image and the question of photography itself as a means and purpose. Navigating through all this, the outline of the map of who we are and the place in which we are from the perspective of a musician who has more than twenty-five years of profession behind him.

En el que es su primer libro de fotografías, Pau Roca recopila una serie de imágenes realizadas durante los últimos dos años y medio. Este trabajo adquiere forma de diario visual que registra carreteras, interiores, paisajes o habitaciones de hotel y a través del cual podemos escuchar, oler y tocar aspectos que atañen al orden de lo político, al panorama de la música independiente en España, por ejemplo, pero también a cuestiones relacionadas con la crítica al abuso de la imagen y autoimagen personal y a la propia cuestión de la fotografía como medio y fin. Y, navegando a través de todo ello, el trazo del mapa de lo que somos y del lugar en el cual estamos desde la perspectiva de un músico que lleva a sus espaldas más de veinticinco años de profesión.
