We are not currently accepting internship or employment applications.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are only able to respond to those we are interested in learning more about.

We work with numerous independent bookstores worldwide. We like to maintain a close relationship with our points of sale and would love to add new partner spaces. If you own a bookstore and would like to distribute our publications, please write to us at distribution@handshake.fun

All our orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Valencia, Spain. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package at all times.

The following transit times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier and destination:

• Spain: 1 – 3 business days
• European Union: 1 – 3 business days
• United Kingdom / United States: 1 – 5 business days
• Rest of the world: 1 – 7 business days

Shipping rates. The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination. We offer free shipping for orders above the following amounts:

• Spain: €70
• European Union: €100
• United States: €120
• Rest of the world: €150

Pre-order products have specific shipping dates indicated on each product page. If your order includes pre-order items along with available items, the entire order will be shipped when all products are ready, unless otherwise specified.

Orders destined for outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs handling fees. These costs are borne by the buyer and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@handshake.fun indicating your order number. We will manage the incident with the carrier as soon as possible.

After this period, we will not be able to accept returns except in exceptional cases.

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed through our online store.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition: unused, unmarked, with all its original elements, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or that are not in their original condition.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damaged during shipping, or different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@handshake.fun within 30 days of receipt, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.

In these cases, we will cover all collection and reshipment costs, and we will proceed with product replacement or a full refund according to your preference.

To request a return, please write to us at info@handshake.fun indicating:

• Order number
• Product you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photographs of the product (mandatory in case of defect or damage)

We will respond within a maximum of 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Return costs:

• Product in good condition: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Defective or incorrect product: collection and reshipment costs are borne by Handshake.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will include the amount of the product. Original shipping costs will only be refunded in case of return due to defect or error.
