These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store of Handshake SC (VAT number: J26880856), with registered office at Barón de Patraix 7, bajo izq., 46018 Valencia, Spain, and contact email info@handshake.fun.

By placing an order in our store, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Products and Availability

All our products are physical publications: art books, photobooks, and small-run editions, including limited editions and co-publications.

The prices shown in the store include the current Spanish VAT. For orders with destinations outside the European Union, VAT will not be applicable, although import duties and taxes may apply and will be borne by the buyer (see Shipping Policy).

We strive to keep our inventory updated. In the event that a product appears available by mistake and cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you immediately and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method.

3. Purchase Process

To place an order, you must:

• Select products and add them to your cart

• Enter shipping and billing details

• Select the payment method and confirm the order

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. This email does not constitute final acceptance of the order, which will be confirmed when payment is processed and shipping is prepared.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in Spain. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Shopify Payments (credit/debit card)

• PayPal

All payments are processed securely. We do not store credit card data.

5. Business Orders (B2B)

We accept orders from bookstores and distributors. If you are a business and need an invoice with VAT breakdown, special conditions, or wholesale orders, please contact us at info@handshake.fun before placing your order.

B2B orders may be subject to specific conditions agreed upon in writing.

6. Pre-orders

Some products may be available for pre-order before their publication date. In these cases:

• The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page

• The charge is made at the time of purchase

• If there is a significant delay, we will inform you by email

• You can cancel a pre-order before it is processed for shipping, with a full refund

7. Subscriptions

We will soon offer a subscription program. The specific conditions of each subscription modality (periodicity, content, price, cancellation, and renewal) will be detailed at the time of its launch and will form part of these general conditions.

8. Collaborations and Distribution

We collaborate with other publishers and distributors. Co-published or third-party distributed products are subject to the same purchase conditions as the rest of the catalog. The conditions for distribution and editorial collaboration are governed by specific agreements between the parties.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@handshake.fun indicating your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned item.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized products or numbered and signed limited editions which, by their nature, cannot be returned without loss of value.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in this store (texts, images, designs, logos, and publications) is the property of Handshake SC or its collaborators and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Liability

Handshake SC will not be liable for indirect damages derived from the use of the store or delays in delivery caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the affected order.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For conflict resolution, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, without prejudice to the jurisdiction corresponding to consumers according to current regulations.
